How to Behave In Front of Jack
Everywhere we go we are taught to be polite, courteous and to behave in a proper way. In a casino is no exception. With heavy drinking and heavy losses, it is not common for people to be hotheaded right away. But these things should not make the patron lose his temper.
The first rule in a casino is that the player is always right. For the second rule, refer to rule number 1.
When you are playing blackjack, know the hit/stand signal in the game you're playing. Don't do funny things on the cards or you will be thrown out of some casinos that have touch move policies.
Once you have placed your bet, don't touch it until you are paid. If the cards are against you, don't ask for a new deck more than 4 times. Instead you may move to another table.
If you use foul language do not be surprised if you are asked to leave the place immediately. And if you get into a fight, It is bye-bye time for you in that casino forever.
Don't ask the dealer what his or her card is. They won't risk their employment over some player's wager. You can ask for advice though.
If you are losing one after another, don't go accusing the dealer of cheating. Most of the time, playing in the casino is an honest game; it also uncivilized to ask for a discount on grounds of poor play.
If you are a system player, don't refer to your guide once in a while. You should have a grasp how to use it before sitting down for a game.
And in times you want to carry conversations don't use the generic what is your name. It is probably written on their nametags. Don't ask if they live there, they are not some extraterrestrial living on some other planet.
If you intend to be a spectator of the game don't interfere those playing for you will only disturb their concentration.
In tipping the dealer place a bet in his or her behalf and place it outside your betting circle, towards the dealer.
If you are a beginner at blackjack go to a table with no other players so you can learn by yourself. To get an empty table go where it is not the busiest or peak hours of casino play.
Once the cards in your hand are complete there is no need for you to show them to the dealer. Besides the dealers need to spread the cards in a set way so the cameras can see and read the cards.
